Before your friends go rushing headlong into the jaws of death mebby you had better re-read our response.
That means that as long as Geo doesn't request help we (not that I expect that to happen looking at the match up), as an alliance, won't get directly involved.
However, if you keep spouting off, and drawing attention to your weakly defended selves, don't be surprised if someone comes along and breaks some of your toys.

I agree with the OP: Geo is the scourge of humanity and a prime example of why we can't have anything nice in Alpha! Ikariam used to be fun when you could log in, check to see if enough resources had been collected for another warehouse or port upgrade (to hold more resources and transfer them to my other colonies super fast, naturally), and then purchase said upgrades or log out and wait to check again. Man, those were the days.
Then Geologist sent his armies to my town, killed my slinger, drank my wine, ogled my women, and stole my resources. So I picked myself up and built another slinger, and he did it again... and again... and again. Six times, everyday, for the last month.
Well no more! Today Alpha rises against the foul and cruel who would plunder us. I stand with the upstanding individuals in BIRN and will commit my lone slinger and his brass balls (recently upgraded) to see the Geologist dethroned. This is the definition of pushing. I'm pretty sure those who have to pay tribute or be crushed 6 times a day did not have an option whether or not they wanted Geologist's so called "protection". His protection by FAR not worth the amount of resources required to purchase it. So lets not bring up violations.
Maybe you missed the part (in your OP, no less) where I said it had been cleared by the GO? That, and I have been informing the GO every time I add someing to my tribute list.
But of course, loseing a total of 450 resources a day per city (1.5 ships full, for those who are counting), is WAY better than losing whatever I can load (best haul for me was 21 ships in one load), six times per day, per city, plus the cash I get. Not to mention any trade ships I divert (often more profitable than pillaging), and the troops I kill.
But really, I am fine with you guys and your "rebellion" or whatever you want to call it. I just enjoy fighting. Hope your troops are enjoying the trip from 10+ hours out...

See, here's the key, either he destroys them and takes all their stuff, or they pay him a small tribute each day. This is the definition of a trade. You may not like the goods or services being traded, but it is a trade.
Besides, it's already been said in other threads by moderators that extortion is perfectly legitimate. Geologist would not be allowed to continue doing what he is doing and remain in fark if extortion was a violation of the rules of Ikariam.

Who is the OP. I want to hear their explanation of tangible.

Ahem. YOU are the OP. In your Wall of Text (tm) you quote me (without my permission, I might add, though I will retroactively grant it now, for the messages you have posted to this moment, to prevent you from being warned by a GO or Mod) However, I recently discussed a tribute (extortion) system with the GO which would allow you to pay me off instead of fighting, without it being considered pushing.
So, if you have further questions about that arrangement, simply send me 300 building materials and 150 luxury resources, per city, per day, and I will clearify it for you, as well as protect you from predators like myself. Or at least won't help them pillage you.
