Declaration of war on -IO- from SDY

The alliance of Serendipity declares war on the alliance of Imperial Order for posting slanderous messages about us, exploiting our alliance and insulting our members.

The war will end when either:

A. A compromise is met.

B. IO disbands

C. The overthrowing of Orbmaster as Leader of Imperial Order

I did not know that IO stood for Imperial Order at the time, however, we have agreed to end the war under the following compromises:

1. Form cease fire/non-aggression treaty.

2. I shall not "spam" you or your members again.

3. You shall not exploit SDY or post slanderous material about us anywhere.

4. Send 10k building material and 2k marble to our leader; I'll message you in-game with the coordinates.

5. Retreat all current attacks and blockades; I have just done so.

6. No spying on either side. Period.

If you can think of anymore, please hit me up and I'll see what we can do about it.

That's not considered spam by Ikariam rules:

XI. Spam

Any situation intended to saturate a players interface through any method is forbidden.

This includes but is not limited to:

* Personal Messages spam
* Advertising other games or content

We cannot allow the way that you treat your members. We have inside sources that say that you'll attack anyone that joins SDY from IO.

We cannot allow this to happen; for this reason, we'll be ending the war officially with IO.

However, we will continue to attack you until you give your members freedom of choice.

We offer no harm to the IO alliance itself, but we will however continue to attack you as a player.

Curious, I'll contact Varakas and tell him to reply to this topic that the war is officially over.

War closing

We are declaring an end to the overall war between IO and SDY.

Though I will not push our members to continue their attacks, I will not ask them to stop retaliation aside from bashing, seeing as how this has come to an end.

Many members have come to an understanding with SDY and have an open invitation to cross over beginning in 3 days (Embassy expansion pending).

Any received threats sent to SDY members (either from joining us, or simply being part of us) will never be tolerated, and heavy retaliation will surely ensue.

Additionally, as a sign of good faith, I dismiss the tribute of marble to myself. Though I do insist the tribute of 5000 wine is payed to our Overlord: MultipleMoe.

I agree with the 2nd term, however, I do not agree to the first term; alliances will change, as will alliance members. Ikariam is meant for people that just want to have fun; any leader shouldn't expect complete allegiance to one's alliance...
